32 Electronic Magentic Resistance Levels

Functions in much the same way as a standard magnetic bike, magnets are used close to
the flywheel to make it harder to pedal. However, now you'll notice no resistance dial!
As this model is mains powered you are now able to control your resistance through the monitor.
Combining the various levels of resistance and training programmes available will help keep you focused on
achieving your personal goals, whether it’s to improve fitness, tone muscles or even for weight loss.

Fully Padded Seat

The recumbent bike will feel like a touch of luxury compared to an upright bike as it comes
with a padded back rest and seat for your comfort. It is also designed so that the contoured padded
handlebars have inbuilt heart rate sensors that are connected to the monitor.

Enhanced Comfort

Just 2.5 hours of cycling a week can improve the activity in your immune cells
decreasing your chance of getting sick, improve your sleep pattern and reduce stress. With a recumbent bike you
are sat into the frame with your seat in line with the pedals creating a lower centre of gravity making the
rider and the bike extremely stable.

High end monitor displays Time, Speed, Distance, Heart Rate, Recovery Heart Rate, Calories and RPM.
Also features 12 workout programs and the ability to input up to 4 users details.
