- We are more than happy to refund your item under our 30-day money back guarantee so just contact a member of our Service Team on 0800 6123 988 / 0121 328 7507 or alternatively at contact@jllfitness.co.uk .
- Your item must be in its original state, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be given upon returning or exchanging the item. We will not be liable for any shipping costs incurred for returned goods.
- If your item has been used or opened, a minimum of 20% will be deducted from your refund upon evaluation of the item.
- You must keep your receipt as proof of purchase (Your order number will count as your receipt) without this we will not be able to process you a refund.
- If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped but hasn’t arrived yet you will be liable to cover shipping costs which will be reflected on your refund.
- Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
