Dual Action Resistance
A super smooth rowing experience is guaranteed with dual-action resistance.
The fan inside of the machine catches air as you row, providing an intense yet seamless workout.
A nylon belt is also placed around the interior of the flywheel and has 8 levels of adjustment so you can increase the
intensity of your workout as you progress.
Super Smooth Slideway
Four wheels locked into the tracks along the sides of the slideway for a super smooth motion meaning no scratches or
stutters during your workout.
11 Readout Monitor
LCD monitor displays: Time, Time 500M, Calorie, Distance, Strokes, Strokes Per Minute (SPM), Pulse, Total Strokes,
Clock, Calendar and Temperature. Please Note: Once the batteries have been input into the monitor it will constantly
remain powered on, when not in use it will be in standby mode showing time, date and temperature.
Also includes, 5 manual programs to set targets for distance, strokes, calories, pulse and time.
A race feature as well as a recovery function.
