Delivery options for treadmills

Who We Use

At JLL we take every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service and over the years our systems have evolved in line with our company's growth to ensure this happens.

Our big parcels are delivered by Yodel who has an exceptionally high success rate for our deliveries and problems are very rare. We have a great deal of faith in their ability to ensure our customer orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. We monitor the performance of our couriers very closely so rest assured that we only strive to partner with the best in the industry at the time.

Smaller parcels are delivered by Royal Mail who is the main United Kingdom delivery service provider and has earned their name for their consistency and high delivery success rate.

Delivery Options

We ship within the UK Mainland only. Customers from certain postal codes in Scotland, Isles off the Coast, Ireland and Northern Ireland please ring 0800 6123 988 or 0121 328 7507 to ask more information about delivery.
  • Free standard pallet delivery (2-5 working days) applicable to specific models, item weight more than 81 KG  £0.00
  • Free premium two men delivery (3-7 working days) applicable to specific models, item weight less than 81 KG   £0.00
  • Express delivery (2-3 working days) Pallet Delivery £35.00

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not available for the delivery on the date specified by the third party courier then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule that for you. If the courier attempts the delivery and no-one is home it may result in an additional redelivery charge.

By default we provide same day dispatch on all JLL Products if the following requirements are met:

  •  Order is made and cleared before 1:00 pm
  •  Order is made during working days (Bank Holidays do not count as working days).
  •  Delivery address is within mainland UK.

If the order is placed after 1:00 pm, the product will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please be aware that there are rare cases which might affect the delivery date of your parcel and we do hate it, but these cases are outside our control so please keep this in mind when making online purchases. We will do all we can to provide support should this be the case. Luckily, with our current couriers this is kept to the very minimum. Here are just a few circumstances that can affect delivery:

  •  Road Closures
  •  Traffic Accidents
  •  Bad Weather
  •  Mis-Routing
Please note that the estimated delivery is an estimate, and should not be treated as a guaranteed service. We pay our amazing carriers for the service and expect them to hold on their promise. This is why we do not make guarantees for anything that is out of our control. 99% of deliveries do reach there on the estimated delivery date but some orders, however, can get delayed altough is very rare. If you have not received your order on your estimated delivery date, please call us on  0800 6123 988 or the carrier.

Receiving the goods

When your order is delivered, you must count the items and check for any damage and then sign and print your name to confirm you have received the whole order in good condition.

It will state on your delivery note how many boxes you should receive. If the boxes you receive don't match the delivery note you must write down the number of boxes received on the delivery note next to your signature.

Any damage to the equipment or packaging must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS “UNEXAMINED” OR “UNCHECKED” WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any shortages or damages must be reported to JLL Electronics Ltd within 48 hours of signing. JLL Fitness is part of JLL Electronics Ltd and cannot be held responsible for shortages or damages if not stated on delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty.

If you refuse the delivery for any other reason then the goods being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges. If any of the larger products will not fit through doors or stairwells, and delivery is refused or returned, you will be responsible for all outward and return freight costs.
