WATER RESISTANCE
Similar to air resistance machines this model allows you to create self-regulated resistance, meaning you'll determine the intensity of your workout. How hard you pull on the chord and what speed you row at will increase or decrease the difficulty of rowing. This resistance is created by drag from the fan in the flywheel which is submerged in a body of water. No matter what age, gender or level of fitness the only limit with this machine is yourself.
TABLET HOLDER & BUILT-IN MONITOR
A multi-funtion LCD monitor displays up to 11 useful metrics of your workout. This brilliant rowing machine also offers a device stand to support any device for additional entertainment while working out.
ELASTIC RESISTANCE
The Aqua 1 also incorporates elastic resistance within the base of the machine, increasing the tension through the chord making it harder to pull. The resistance can be adjusted between 5 different levels using a lever at the back of the machine. With a range of resistance from the water to the elastic, this machine suits all users from beginner to advanced.
