The JLL Medicine Ball offer whole body workouts like never before. Designed to be slammed off of the floor, these balls work muscles in the legs, arms and upper body.

Using Medicine Balls will sculpt, shape and tone muscles offering you a whole body workout. Medicine Balls differ from your standard weights. Lifting them from the ground allows full hip flexion which improves your squat form. Lifting them overhead strengthens your stability and improves balance.

The JLL Medicine Ball is made from a high quality, heavy duty rubber material meaning it is long lasting and durable against the most intense of exercises.

Medicine Balls are versatile and are ideal for Strength, Crossfit, HIIT or Rehabilitation Training

Delivery and Returns:

This item will be sent free of charge. The third-party courier will not take this item into your property.
