The fan inside of the machine catches air as you row, providing an intense yet seamless workout.
A nylon belt is also placed around the interior of the flywheel and has 8 levels of adjustment so you can increase
the intensity of your workout as you progress.

Please Note: Once the batteries have been input into the monitor it will constantly
remain powered on, when not in use it will be in an standby mode showing time, date and temperature.
