Important Information

This upright bike has not been designed to be used as an Indoor Cycling Bike. It is not suitable
for cycling classes or studio workouts, it has been designed for domestic use and to be used while seated and not
stood up. An upright bike is not capable of handling the intense workouts and cadence of a studio bike

Magentic Resistance System

Magnetic resistance systems used on exercise bikes often produce a smooth and precise
change in difficulty. You will find the magnetic resistance system much quieter in comparison to direct-contact
and fan-based resistance systems. Using the various levels of resistance available will help keep you focused on
achieving your personal goals, whether it’s to improve fitness, tone muscles or even for weight loss

Direct Belt Driven

Quiet operation is guaranteed with the JF150. It is driven with a rubber belt that offers a quiter and smoother
workout than a chain driven bike. Less maintenance is also required with belt driven exercise bikes.
