How does acupressure work?
Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique similar to that of acupuncture. It is based upon the concept of life energy or Qi (chee) which flows through channels in the body known as meridians. Pressure is applied to specific points with the aim of clearing these channels and maintaining the body's natural balance.

Where and how to use?
The JLL Acupressure Mat can be used within your own home or our on the go, simply find a dry flat surface such as a bed, sofa or floor and position your back evenly across the mat with the pillow underneath your neck. You can also use the mat on the soles of your feet. A t-shirt or socks can be worn to reduce the intensity if necessary, it is recommended to use the set for approx. 10-15 mins each day. However, depending on comfort this can be altered between 5-30 mins, it is not recommended to sleep on this mat.
