Reducing the risk of Dementia, Osteoporosis, heart disease and depression

Hand rails are also built onto the frame offering additional support for those that are not as strong on their feet as they used to be.

Walking does not have to be a strenuous task it can be easy and feel natural. The handrails on the JLL foldable treadmill have an inbuilt heart rate sensor that connects to the monitor. You can set the heart rate control program so that the machine controls the speed and incline to keep your heart rate at your desired pace.
