Poached Egg, Smashed Avocado; with Spinach On Toast Recipe

You can never go wrong with deliciously poached egg, smashed avocado on toast. Topped with spinach.
It is packed full of protein and healthy fats and goes perfectly with your protein shake!

Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Egg (or more)
- Handful of Spinach
- 2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread
- Crushed Chili Flakes
- Pepper
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
Recipe Method:
- Simply start by poaching your eggs for around 3 mins
- Place the spinach in a small pan of boiling water at the same time as poaching your eggs. This should take 3 mins
- Dice up your avocado into large chunks and use a fork to crush
- Add in pepper, salt, lemon juice, and chili flacks to taste
- Toast your bread slices
Smashed it!
