Fight the Belly Fat
Cycling is a great way to burn a lot of calories in one go. Spin cycling is the most popular way to lose weight as it involves a varying degree of resistance and pace. Spin classes can be very exciting the music is pumped up high and the instructor yells out motivational words as the work out intensifies. If however you’re just getting started and you don’t like the idea of a fitness class then there are some great spin bikes available on the market. No matter where you choose to cycle whether it be at home or in the gym you can fight that belly fat, tone your muscles and improve your stamina.
Mix it up
Keep yourself challenged through your work out by varying your pace and resistance. Interval training is a great way to fight the boredom when on a stationary bike and it helps to improve your lungs and heart. Try doing 15 minutes of high intensity cycling then slow it down for a further 15 minutes.
Music can be the answer
You can use music to help keep you engaged and even time your training intervals. Create a playlist that has a mix of songs so when your intensity increases the songs you are listening to are very fast and aggressive then when you are warming down why not have some songs with a slower melody.

Not only will you be burning calories and toning your muscles when cycling you will also be relieving stress, improving your sleep pattern and increasing your stamina. Cycling is easy on the joints and is recommended for those that don’t find running comfortable. Using a spin bike is really easy and the resistance is normally controlled by a lever or a knob on the frame of the bike. Cycling is a suitable exercise for everyone from the young to the elderly and from beginners to the more enthusiastic cyclists.
Melt the Fat
If you are not huffing and puffing you are not melting the fat. Mix up the pace and keep yourself challenged. You can do it!
