Now that you’re on board and ready to start a morning exercise routine, you’re probably wondering what kind of regimen is right for you. There are a lot of choices in building a morning routine that will fit nicely in your schedule and help you meet your personal goals. Some people enjoy a morning run while others might say running is the last thing they want to do. Both points are valid because it’s not the type of exercise that is important.

The truth is, there is not just one single regimen that magically works for everybody. There’s no one size fits all when it comes to working out. If you want a nice, calm way to start your day and feel good about your accomplishments, then maybe a good walking regimen would fit nicely into your schedule. 1. I love getting out and getting my workout done in the morning and it makes me feel great for the rest of the day. I think its best if you sleep in your workout clothes and put everything that you need like your headphones, water bottle, your snack, etc. set out the night before. When the alarm rings jump out of your bed, put your shoes on and get ready to go. This way you’ll not spend a lot of time having to gather your stuff up and less likely to think to yourself….well I have to get ready…put my shoes on and then skip your workout altogether.

  2. Great Post! I love exercising in the morning to start my day. There are many ways to get fit with short sessions. But many people go overboard many times and get burned out. It’s a great feeling to know we can make our days better with passion.

  3. I love to do exercise in the morning, but it is not easy to do it every single day. Determination is very important
