  1. I love getting out and getting my workout done in the morning and it makes me feel great for the rest of the day. I think its best if you sleep in your workout clothes and put everything that you need like your headphones, water bottle, your snack, etc. set out the night before. When the alarm rings jump out of your bed, put your shoes on and get ready to go. This way you’ll not spend a lot of time having to gather your stuff up and less likely to think to yourself….well I have to get ready…put my shoes on and then skip your workout altogether.

  2. Great Post! I love exercising in the morning to start my day. There are many ways to get fit with short sessions. But many people go overboard many times and get burned out. It’s a great feeling to know we can make our days better with passion.
